Prof. Oluremi Olutimo serves is the President and Rector of Highstone International University (HIU) in California, USA, demonstrating exceptional leadership in advancing education and research. Holding two PhD degrees in Computer Engineering and Cyber Security, along with a master’s degree in Computer Science and Communication Engineering, Prof. Olutimo brings a wealth of expertise to his role. A distinguished engineer and educator, he is an active member of prestigious organizations such as the Nigerian Society of Engineers and the IEEE USA. As the Managing Director of Exoche International Limited and the founder of HIU, he has played a pivotal role in establishing the university as a globally recognized institution, accredited by EAHEA and QAHE, and certified with ISO 21001:2018 EOMS.
